Most software is available for a calendar-year subscription, beginning shortly after your purchase. You may opt to delay the start of your subscription to align with your academic calendar.
Yes. There are discounts available for multi-school purchasing. If you are buying on behalf of a Music Hub or Multi-Academy Trust, please contact our sales team to discuss the options.
Yes. Typical implementations are purchased for 1-3 years, but we can offer quotes for subscriptions of any duration. Please contact our sales team to discuss details about your specific needs.
You may add additional seats or software at any time after your initial purchase. After a subscription has been activated, no reductions may be made to the number of seats or software licenses until renewal.
The software titles available through MusicFirst are Cloud-based, so they will work on smartphones, tablets, Chromebooks, laptops, and desktops while connected to the internet.
For each software title you have subscribed to, our Support team will send you detailed instructions on the student registration process. You are welcome to contact Support if you need further help.
Once your students have received login credentials or a class invitation code, they can access the software from any computer, and staff can access students' work and create assignments.
Various software can be accessed through a variety of systems. For example, Focus on Sound Pro can be integrated with Google Classroom or Microsoft Teams; Soundtrap can issue assignments via Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams or a browser URL; MusicFirst Classroom supports integrations with ClassLink, Google SSO, Clever, and Global Grid for Learning's School Passport, Cut Time, and Remind.
